Ron and Jill and Emma are in China and have met their new daughter, Ella Joy.
It has been so fun to watch the videos that they are posting of them as they go through this journey with Ella Joy.
She is beautiful and amazing and she seems to really be connecting with Ron and Jill, which is incredible.
This is really a picture of how God chooses us, loves us and wants us to live with Him.
Thank you, Ron and Jill, for being obedient to the call....to take care of orphans.
You are an inspiration to us all!

Christmas is when?

This Christmas season is upon us and I am not prepared.....at all.
No tree....nothin'.
What is wrong with me???
I know that we have been very busy with horse stuff...building shelters, fences, making arrangments for training, etc., and now it is Dec. 11 and we have no decorations up, nor the inclination to do so.

This time of year always come so quickly and I don't seem to be in any hurry this year.
Maybe I am mellowing with time.....you know, like a good wine, getting smoother as time goes by.
I just don't know.....
